We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after your order is delivered to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, in its original factory packaging, and in the same condition it was received.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity, we cannot accept returns for above-ground pools that have been opened or unpacked, slushy machines or pebble ice makers that have been opened or used with liquids, or items that have been used, assembled, or are not in their original condition.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number, clear photos or video of the product, photos of the shipping box and packaging, and a brief description of the issue. Claims submitted after 3 days may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
How to Start a Return
Please contact our support team before returning any item. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear.
