Everything You Need to Know Before You Order
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times vary by destination, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days.
We offer free shipping on qualifying orders. Any current shipping promotions or minimum purchase requirements will be displayed at checkout.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue. We’ll review your claim and work to make it right.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that are unopened, unused, and in their original factory packaging.
